Mandaluyong organizes Aero Dance Zumba

The city government of Mandaluyong, led by Chief of Staff Charisse Marie Abalos-Vargas, has once again organized an Aero Dance Zumba event to support the national campaign of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) called "Buhay ay Ingatan, Droga ay Iwasan."

The weekly event is held every Friday at 5:00 PM at the Mandaluyong City Hall. The Aero Dance Zumba is part of the city's efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage its residents to stay active and fit.

The Buhay ay Ingatan, Droga ay Iwasan campaign aims to address the issue of drug abuse and promote a safe and healthy environment for all Filipinos. The program is being implemented in all local government units across the country, and the Aero Dance Zumba in Mandaluyong is just one of the many activities being held to support the campaign.

Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos expressed her appreciation for the continued support of the city government in promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping to build a drug-free community.
