Manda holds 2nd session of Rescue Kabataan

Students from Mandaluyong City joined the 2nd Session of Rescue Kabataan (RK). 

Led by Councilor Charisse Marie Abalos-Vargas, participants witnessed a two-hour seminar focused on the life of the youth. 

RK is a youth movement which aims to help young people cope up with the trials they are currently facing. The group began working with schools in Cavite, and further expanded to cities in Luzon.

RK offers an eight-month program wherein volunteers share their experiences on youth issues such as self-esteem, sexuality, drug addiction, mental health, and family relations.
