Vice Mayor Abalos Joins Disaster Preparedness Training in Mandaluyong
Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos actively engaged in the inaugural session of the 5-day Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA) Training held in Mandaluyong City. Organized by the City's Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) in collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the training aimed to fortify the readiness of first responders in handling unforeseen calamities like typhoons and earthquakes.
The comprehensive program gathered participants from various agencies within the local government and barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices (DRRMOs).
